Last month, 16-year-old Aiden Fucci pleaded guilty to murdering 13-year-old former classmate Tristyn Bailey in May 2021. Bailey, a cheerleader, was stabbed 114 times. The case made national news not only because of the brutal nature of the crime and the ages of the suspect and victim, but also because of Fucci’s reaction upon being arrested. The teen posted a selfie of himself in the back of police cruiser with a caption that read, “Hey guys has inybody [sic] seen Tristyn lately.â€Â
With the plea, Fucci faces a mandatory minimum of 40 years in prison rather than an automatic sentence of life without parole. Because Fucci is a minor, the death penalty was not an option in the case.
The judge said he will not sentence Fucci right away, as typically, many witnesses, family or friends will often read statements for the judge to consider. Fucci will most likely learn his fate on Thursday.

I can’t tell the difference between Aiden’s mom and grandma. They are clones. My mom and I are the same. I truly thought that was his mom coming to the stand.
He was well aware as to what he was going to do and carried his vievplan out oh that was so cruel what he did to that young lady.
I think he was mixed up in many ways but that did not give him the right to end that young ladies life.😮

This is disgusting i could never be that strong if that was my child this girl did not deserve this and he doesn’t deserve to get out no one will ever understand the pain that family and friend’s feel everyday i just hope they will be able to remember the good times that they had with there daughter and sister and friends and not the bad things that happened to her even though i don’t know this i hope to thinks that is what she would have wanted cause i know that is what i would want

That Miss People's is working my last nerve. WHO TF cares what Aiden Fucci has to go through every day? Tristyn has NO LIFE. He's still alive, crappy life or not and he caused his own situation for doing something SOOOOOOOOOOOOO horrendous and ruining so many lives.
This should've been the first case in US history where death penalty applied to a teenager.

If you look at his chart 2006-11-17, you can clearly see Sun, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter in Scorpio. I knew before even checking. With those positions, he clearly has unbelievably strong and deeply hardened emotions. You can see how cold he is and how much control he has towards his emotions when he has been announced the life silence and absolutely no reaction.
I am very Scorpio myself and I can understand this all. We are capable of an absolute devotion, sacrifice and love and also absolute cruelty and coldheartedness. No other influence than Scorpio ones could have make such act.

Everyone keeps complaining about AF not showing any emotion in the courtroom but it’s a well known fact that attorneys often tell you to sit still and stone faced while in court. He’s not supposed to make faces and cry just because you want him to.
He doesn't deserve friends. He doesn't deserve family visits. He deserves to sit in a room 24/7, 365 days a year for the rest of his life with no joy, no peace, no love. Just keeping company with all his demons.

Proof adolescents take risks is Tristyn was out after midnight as well! She was not perfect either! Don’t get me wrong he should be put to death after his 25 Year review! He should never be let out
