1. The abstract painting behind the witness stand is an unusual choice for courtroom decor. Not only style but size and placement is just wrong.

2. Even though there is no direct evidence, the circumstantial evidence is overwhelming.
   It could be that this is the most unfortunate coincidence of all time and that he didn't kill the boys. But again, circumstantial evidence points in other direction.

6. My heart is breaking during Daniel's testimony. The absolute torment and terror this man experienced.

So, he was shot at multiple times and was “dragging” himself yet he managed to drag himself round to the back of the house, get a chair and get over the fence all whilst the shooter was shooting at him? Or did the shooter stop shooting at him to shoot others dead and let him get away as a witness who saw the killer’s face?

   Was shots in the air in someone else’s account, definitely wasn’t in this guy’s.

   Sounds like Keetley was set up
   Sounds like the police effed up so much that they went along with Keetley as the perpetrator so as not to fall out of favour with the local gangs…

10. How is it that Americans don't know that Spanish is their countries second language, just like French is Canadas. It's not unheard of some of the population using the second language as their first inna country. I would never shame a Canadian cause they can't speak English. 🙄🙄

12. These lawyers are experts at using the fact that verdicts are guilty or not guilty! Not guilty or innocent to their advantage. Big difference between not guilty and innocent

13. This guy should have played dead when he was shot the first time on his hip

14. I am swaying between guilty and not guilty. But the one question that I keep asking is, why would he shoot so many people if he was looking for one person?

Okay what bothers me about this defense attorney is it is not like he got a deal for testifying against who shot him so his criminal record is similar to how cops try to justify after the fact they shot someone that they had no idea of their criminal record at the time they pulled them over for a traffic violation but then they're like had prior convictions or was behind on his child support so he's a criminal

18. Sad he’s been in jail for 10+ years. After he’s found not guilty, I hope he gets compensated and finds happiness.

19. Common theme with these witnesses. Lie or downplay his disability. If you speak the truth, the defense wouldn’t have to constantly pull out previous testimony. Just say. I don’t remember.
