6. He is right when he said some people are not right after a traumatic brain injury. My sister got in a car accident and her skull was shoved into her brain, and they had to do 5 reconstructive facial surgeries on her and her personality changed a LOT. She was a completely different person after the accident. Granted her injury was obviously more serious that this guys, but if he did have significant brain injury who is to say it didn't for him as well.

15. About his decreased activity, traumatic brain injuries almost always cause depression. I know I've never been the same since my TBI. My life has been difficult every day since.

16. I have a 170 IQ and it caused all sorts of issues when I got a bad traumatic brain injury. The doctors didn't realize it and my parents trusted them and not me and I ended up with my brain stem herniating due to the pressure. I literally knew nothing upon waking up. However thanks to being smart, I repeated what my brother told the EMTs. It seems hiding ones injuries while in such a state is common and unlike most people who deal with a 40 pt IQ drop, I was still smarter than your average doctor.

21. Around 7:11:18, the list the lawyer is spouting off are symptoms sounding like adult adhd! Would be interesting to dig into that especially as his daughter struggles with his emotional dusregulation—for his own sake I hope he gets that found out and help if so.

22. GP's lawyers all rub me the wrong way. I'm not say TS's lawyers are like ideal and knowledgeable and perfect, but hers just seem rude, especially the younger one. This feels like nonsense.
