Former NFL football player Travis Rudolph stands trial for allegedly opening fire at a group of people in Palm Beach County, Florida in April 2021, killing one and injuring another. Rudolph faces one count of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted murder. The former Florida State University and New York Giants wide receiver unsuccessfully tried to claim a “stand your ground” defense in the first-degree murder trial. Authorities said the shooting happened when four men confronted Rudolph at his Florida home following an alleged fight between the footballer and his girlfriend. Two of the men were shot: Sebastien Jean-Jacques was killed and Tyler Robinson was hospitalized but recovered.

  1. But yet the judge is telling defense move on and ask another question. Pretty much rushing defense and not giving them time to ask questions. But allowing the ones testifying time to rattle on, be rude and all else. This is the first judge I've ever had a problem with. He shows his bias.

  2. I know Travis has been found not guilty, but after reviewing the past testimony in this case, why is the ME and the CRI acting brand new??? This is common terminology among medical personnel. My husband was a medic in the army. He's not only heard the term Death Grip before, but he has witnessed it on many occasions. I swear the professional witnesses were biased throughout this entire trial.

  3. What’s so sad if this young man didn’t have the money to fight this his life would be so over just shows it could be any of us on trial 😢

  4. This was one of the worst judges I’ve seen to date . No BUENO👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

  5. These police officer and the prosecutors need to be sacked. They are not fit to their jobs as they have complete lack of competence, judgement and basic common sense.

  6. They didn’t check Sebastian and any others hands for GUN RESIDUE?! when you shoot load or handle a gun .. gun powder is normally on their hands. When you go to a gun range or take a class they have you wash your hands!! The system failed this young man.

  7. See when it's Dillon Ruff the judge is more concerned about the outcome of the trial but when it's a Travis Rudolph it becomes apparent that the judge has better things to do. It's all good though I think the jury has more then enough evidence and witness testimony to let this man go and charge her and her brothers for the death of Sébastien

  8. Stand your ground in FL is a travesty of injustice 🤬 Zimmerman unjustifiably gets away with it. 🙌 Trayvon. This fn judge is working against Travis's justfiable actions. I can read between the lined. SMH😢 ⚖ for Travis.

  9. I don’t feel he should get a guilty plea. They came to his home no matter what time it was, it was disrespectful and they didn’t care who answered the door. They knocked extremely hard ‼️ They violated 100%. He protected his family, bottom line. It should be not guilty. If they would’ve never came to his house, it would be no trial waisting our tax paying money.

  10. Prosecutors said THIS WAS NOT A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION!!! it needs to be thrown out!! What a sham! Those three men and the disgusting girl need to be locked up.

  11. If they find Travis guilty it will be the biggest injustice I’ve ever seen. The so called “victims” are the ones who should be on trial here. Worst police work I’ve seen yet to date.

  12. I think the judge is more frustrated with the state because they are calling a lot of witnesses way before the main detective on the case.

  13. I don't really see how this got to this point. So many liars. If I was him and she was hitting me like she a man, I would have knocked her out.

  14. In every trial I’ve seen most of the state witnesses who are supposed to be impartial (ie detectives, ME’s, experts) act like they’re personally involved in the case during cross exam. They get so defensive, it’s very off putting

  15. Wy did they cut off the re-dorect of the CSI lady and start this feed into another mans😩🤦‍♀️

  16. The Defense Attorney is annoying, how ever he's trying his best to prove his point. The keys was in another pocket than the puge he believes was the gun. I pray 🙏 🤲 the jury reaches the right verdict. NOT GUILTY.

  17. Everyone complaining about the time, blame the defense for asking a million questions, some over and overrrrrr again.

  18. So we are to believe he is running he jumps in the car in panic he put his seatbelt on then pullled the gun to shot someone??? Id want to be able to move if need be. He didnt see the shots coming or he would have tried to remove himself from the car not lock himself in. 🤷‍♀️

  19. Its not fair i had to pay you but the state doesn't😂 is he forreal? He sounds like a 4 year old about charging his client 500.00 dollars for him to talk to someone who isnt gonna help his case. 😅 he works for the state correct? 😅 correct me if im wrong

  20. Well lets just remember the defense attorney asked a hundred thousand questions. He also did not try to shorten his questioning. He knew he was beating a dead dog talking to the "victims" friends. They are clearly set on not caring about the outcome of this trial. Also if the victims friends could have been found liable the state would have already jumped on that. Which means the state knew the best odds of a conviction comes from the person who actually was seen with a gun and pulled said gun and shot one killed another. I dont the defense lawyers have a clue and he probably could have defended himself at this point. 😅

  21. I am sorry but if the judge would have stepped up and told the ex and her “brothers” to answer the questions asked we would be about 2 days ahead

  22. Not the judge rushing HIS court?! Like sir you have no control of your court.. we could have been already about done but you letting them disrespectful witnesses play on the stand and being difficult.
