7. They screwed all this up to begin with by charging them with first degree murder instead of second degree. I wouldn’t doubt if they all get off, because they more than likely didn’t plan to kill him. They planned to rob him and shxt didn’t go how they planned. He fought back, they panicked, and Boatwright shot him like a dipshxt. That would be second degree murder as they initially had no intentions of killing him. Wrong charges. It’s happened many times before. That’s why this is taking so long. Obviously they killed him. The question now is…. Did they plan to? I would not be surprised if they walk, as much as I hate to say it.

12. This could not have been the presiding judge of Alec, Cruz, or Brooks case because those judges as gave instructions on scheduling/time. This is absolutely ludicrous. Ray Charles can see from his grave that all three defendants are guilty.

Channel 10 is running conflicting stories on their website saying a verdict has been reached on their watch live however on their 5 :27 update they reported the jury will return to deliberations tomorrow, I bet Pandering Padillo will call for a mistrial again saying Channel 10 is jury tampering

15. I shouldn't be surprised when the whole trial was ghetto, unorganized, waisted hours and days. They would start at 10 30 and leave 4 30 taking many breaks, sidebars, arguing about one and other making face gestures, talking under breath asking the judge would he tell other party to stop doing that, bringing up Drake, asking witnesses about Drake when its video where you see four men on camera, social media showing off hundreds. Giving a repeated criminal with twelve plus felonies a deal to come tell on others and State wants the jurors to believe him but not believe other killers just like him. The State did four hours of closing argument and today she now frustrated don't want judge to be flexible with jurors forgot just how flexible he was with them and all those sidebars, breaks. This is four-year-old case long enough to have had a professional, organized trial with no doubts, quick conviction, not giving no deals so they all get life innocent people dont have to be hurt, harm by anyone of them ever again. These people do not care about wasting taxpayers' money, this trial made that very clear.
