8. Interesting to note how Graveley and Muller responded to the judge's suggestion that he ask the jury whether they want to deliberate for another 20 minutes or go home for the night.

   Graveley: "Whatever the court thinks is best."

   Muller : "I've got no problem with that, judge."

   Graveley defers to the judgement of Judge Schroeder. Muller gives him permission to do what he needs no permission to do.

   It's subtle, but I think Muller's lack of proper deference to and respect for the judge is a problem and this was not the only example of it.

18. Defence is no CAMILLE VASQUES, bring her in !!. Although Zack is guilty as anything, his defense lawyer is all over the place in her questioning. Totally rubbish, althought she thinks she's something.
    She needs to get a top on that covers her and concentrate on the job in hand, because so far she's just comes across as bossy and seeing if she can catch someone out on unimportant points.

30. Lots of things to consider in this case. I personally believe he is guilty but Zach did a good enough cover job and there is enough confusion that one juror might be hesitant to find him guilty.
