1. Well, if it weren't for "Kreeper", none of this would have happened.
   So in a sense, Kreeper deserves to also carry part of the burden of the murders.

3. I really this judge, I have seen him in many cases.

4. Jury got it wrong

5. The female juror let the the defense know far in advance that she couldn't stay past 5:30 on this date. The judge knew as well, but like he stated; he had no idea that the defense was going to be so adamant about not using an alternate to replace her. Like the judge said "I just assumed you would". That's what's creating the problem here, it's not the juror's fault that the defense is so unwilling to replace her. It's not unusual to replace a juror, and that's why they have alternate jurors. That's why the judge seems irritated, because defense attorney Anderson is willing to make it inconvenient for everyone else just so he can get what HE wants. He was actually willing to force all 11 jurors to come back as late as next week, just so that he could keep this 1 juror. What makes him so positively sure that she would come back with a "not guilty" verdict? The fact that he's being so stubborn about it makes the whole thing look suspicious to me.

8. Whoops the defense team just slipped up and said they instructed a witness (a states witness at that) instead of questioning. 😂😂😂

10. So the guy David had something to do with the shooting and killings why else would he ask for immunity

11. I believe he’s a cold blooded killer. No matter what the case, he took two lives and wounded others over the assumption that this so called Creeper lived there. You don’t put matters in your own hands.

12. This case is tricky I can honestly say I don’t know if he is guilty or innocent

14. NOT GUILTY!! I knew for sure MK did not do it and Dave is the one that did it by DAY 5… but he got full immunity.. go figure! AND, the State defending gang members ? now ive seen it all. You want me to believe that an Ice Cream Man killed a bunch of gang members? That alone is ridiculous… but given the States side, i saw no proof of anything… all circumstantial and MK's lawyers were amazing. I really did wait for some smoking gun by the State but got nothing. I truly hope it comes back NOT GUILTY! MK has suffered enough by a corrupted police force that framed a man so a new Detective could get a win. This is no win for anyone.. the killer (Dave) is still out there. This whole thing was shameful

16. Not guilty the defense is closing was well done if I was on the jury I wood vote not guilty bc the state has not proven the case

17. Does anyone know why ot took 10 years for the first court case? Poor guy if innocent has been in jail for all these years …system is wrong

18. I think he will either be acquitted or the jury will hang again. It doesn’t seem like the prosecution has made any drastic improvements from the first trial or that there was any new and compelling evidence.
