1. Dr. Boehm didn’t account for the fact that both Ms. Paltrow and Mr. Sanderson were moving and skiing on a slippery surface so their feet kept moving and therefore they couldn’t have fallen forward. He obviously didn’t pay any attention to the rest of Dr. Scher’s testimony once he got angry about the criticism of his calculations. That criticism was about 5% of Dr. Scher’s testimony and the rest explained (very clearly I should add) how Ms. Paltrow’s version made sense and was consistent with the laws of physics and biomechanics.

2. Serious question: why do so many people not like Gwyneth Paltrow? She’s just a person living her life who happens to be a successful actor, but she’s also a business owner, wife, mother, stepmother, daughter, friend, etc. – just like many of us are. Did she do something particularly egregious at some point in her life that she is known for?

Wait – so plaintiff’s counsel want to argue a longer life expectancy in order to calculate a per diem amount of damages after spending the entire trial trying to prove how Mr. Sanderson’s life and health suffered from the collision, thereby arguably shortening his life. Am I the only one who sees the contradiction here?

4. Following my subject of interest I watched parts of this case.I was asked if I saw the verdict. I said no. When I was asked why I hadn't, I said " Because I saw the testimony ". A

5. How did he get the " brain Injury "? He had on a helmet. Oddly, an injury that you can't prove or disprove. If was a truthful person, one who prided themsrlf on honesty. That would lend creedamce. TS does not fall into that category. I think the dollar is too much. I'll amazed TS had the temerity to sit in the court house after his cross. It was the worst I've ever seen ( and I've seen a lot).
