4. I wonder if mandatory drivers’ re-training sessions should be law about every 5 years in all states and provinces in both Canada and the US. SO many drivers do not understand the rules of the road! I think we all need to be required to do a refresher course every few years. Makes sense?

42. Ok so the woman in front of the firetruck is correct. She is not an emergency vehicle. She was still required to obey the stop sign. She would be putting herself at a greater risk to pull into the intersection. When I worked for a bus company this very thing happened. The bus driver was found to have done the correct thing.
