Officer Wayne Anderson has been called to a domestic incident between two siblings. Upon arrival at the scene, the suspect was agitated and fighting with another officer. When suspects are uncooperative and violent the use of a spit bag and restraints are deployed for the safety of the officers and the suspect.

They had to subdue him and get him in cuffs . Didn’t choke him out, they used the necessary force to bring him down and cuffed. They also made sure he was ok and did not need EMS.
