Not showing his face and securing the person on exist of car without being told was a deadly mistake. That's unusual for a black person ( I'm black) to get out for an officer without being told to. 1st two red flags and he clutch in his pocket quick

people always get so butthurt and annoyed when 2-4 cops show up to a simple traffic stop, but this is EXACTLY why.

Am I wrong here or insensitive? but i think Trooper Hare was gullibly helpful in the middle of the night, to a suspicious vehicle with a suspicious man who gets out before the officer approachs(showing aggression subtletly) and lets him walk to the side of his car, exposing his weak side. That is not the correct response in this type of situation even though it was a flat tire help. The wobbling alone was extremely drunk…. that should have at least queued his suspicions to get out of the vehicle and ask the subject to stop.
