I am often sceptical of people trying to hold judges responsible for every little thing a suspect does after being arrested and indicted, because often people hold judges responsible for murders because of prior shoplifting or misemeanour battery charges, but this is insane. He kept saying he would shoot the officers, while in possession of a gun, and he somehow painted himself as sympathetic and "weak" enough to warrant a no-cash bond. Despicable. That judge should resign in disgrace.
