I can never understand why a women would put her children through her own hell
The law just keeps failing women, the punishment for abuse, stalking and murder are just too low. If authorities would have intervened earlier, things may have gone differently. Women also need to find courage and not keep abusive men in their lives. Neighbors should have called the cops, the children should be taught to call the cops if there is abuse going on. More work needs to be done. Further this constant encouragement for women to have a man in their life, like something is wrong with you if you don’t have one, this social pressure through all cultures puts women in these situations as well. Everyone fails these women, everyone.
