4. I've watched all publicly available footage from that incident. Arresting the biker was fully justified, but the cops were rather manic about it. If I remember correctly, the cop that tazed the biker warned everybody about the gas right before he gave the biker 3rd degree burns on 75ish% of his body.

9. It's happened before. Was ruled justified because no one had ever done it before (no precedent). This one will be ruled justified because it has happened before and was found justified (see previous precedent to complete the circular reasoning).

20. That officer obviously missed the day that the police force was taught about the fire and explosion hazards at gas stations.

22. I remember watching a video where a fellow had somehow managed to douse himself in something flammable, and the Officers and failed to account for such a thing. He died of his injuries as far as I’m aware which is quite unfortunate!
