2. Did anyone notice that even though this gray haired attorney keeps reciting the cheesy phrase “I’m just a country Lawyer”, then when he is talking about milking cows he said he didn’t know anything about milking cows because he grew up in the city.

3. What makes Terri think he is owed 3 million dollars? Except for all his traveling, so he is most likely broke. The guy had a better life after the accident than most people will ever had. He probably got in debt thinking he could drain her money

4. How could the lawyer complain about an hour drive? He’s making bank off this guy

10. Ha ha! I was getting annoyed at his act of “I’m just a bumbling country Columbo lawyer” and then he put up the transcript and he actually said in the trial “I’m just a country lawyer”!
    It’s like the SNL skit, unfrozen caveman lawyer. “I’m just a caveman. Your world frightens and confuses me.”
    You really cannot make this stuff up

11. HES BEEN PAID OFF IN ORDER TO BE SO UTTERLY INCOMPETANT. POOR TERRY HASNT HAD EQUAL REPRESENTATION AT ALL. ITS A TOTAL MISTRIAL. A WHITEWASH. THERE WAS ALREADY CORRUPTION MENTIONED IN THE COURT AND THIS GUYS BLATANT DELIBERATE INCOMPETANCE PROVES IT. SHES A MASON AND PKUS THE STUDUOS WOULD NEVER ALLOW THEIR STARS REPUTATION BECOME RUINED . ITS ALL PART OF THEIR " DAMAGE CONTROL" – THE LEGAL WELL KNOWN TERM USED IN HLYWOOD TO HIDE THEIR STARS MISDEMEANOURS SUCH AS THIS AND MORE. LOOK IT UP.

12. If TS broke 4 ribs he would have required a Medical Aid and Ski Patrol team to bring him down the mountain on a stretcher /sled then off to the hospital via ambulance.

13. Terry fell to the side when he hit Gwyneth. Gwyneth fell on top of him as he hit the ground because he scooped her up. Terry was skiing with one eye… he legit probably never saw Gwyneth. It’s amazing he did hurt Gwyneth more than he did!

14. Where did Gwyneth’s skies go?? If she flew into him… her skies would have flown off. This is physically impossible! And I would have screamed and probably punched a guy for scooping up on my like that!
