Volusia County, Florida  On September 3rd, 2025, a driver fled from the Port Orange Police Department, swerved through traffic, ran red lights and hit 118 mph up and down I-95, putting everyone on the road in danger. His reckless ride came to an end when Sheriff Chitwood executed a P.I.T. maneuver and took him into custody. Christian Will Ottinot, 24, of Broward County, is charged with fleeing from law enforcement, reckless driving, and a Florida Super Speeder violation along with numerous criminal traffic citations.
