I think her punishment should be-a requirement to get treatment/help for anger management issues, a complete mental evaluation (including the possibility of being an alcoholic)and if it's her first battery related offense, 6 months probation, if there's more, I'd say 2 weeks in jail and increase the jail Time if there are future recurring battery related incidents.
