  1. This was absolutely ridiculous. That cop was such a dork trying to throw his weight around. Brent didn’t try to fight him and how can you get charged with resisting with violence and without? Then the battery on a LEO for pulling his arm away? The cop is a danger to the public as is, he needs way more training before he can be trusted. I hope all the charges got dropped.

  2. Cop escalated that whole situation. Drunk guy was trying to calm things down. I have a strong suspicion that the drunk guy would have owned that little cop if he actually wanted to fight 😂

  3. These comments are ridiculous. Three grown men decided to take a nap in public, in front of a business’s walkway, puked in front of it, then gave a problem to the officer asking about it. Rookie did well on his own with punks.

  4. The rookie cop never told them they were detained or under arrest. Just put his hands on someone and was surprised they defended themselves. He should have given clear instructions and explained himself clearly. Especially when he knows he is talking to someone intoxicated and is making it clear to him that he doesn't understand why the officer is touching him.

  5. Seriously, when i was a teenager, getting falling down drunk was "funny and cool" (in our going through puberty minds) because of course we were being "edgy and defiant", but jesus, when your an adult, doing this, your just a loser, seriously, just grow up.

If the police are being called because you are literally falling down drunk, you might have a problem.

  6. The guy who got arrested was walking down to the officer to tell him that the "young kid there is diagnosed with cancer" This "officer" escalated this and should NOT be an officer.
