On the other side a US diplomat's wife Anne Sacoolas fled United Kingdom after killing a teen in a car crash and she won't have go to jail over her conviction because US goverment covers for her.
The son of the diplomat should have qualified immunity. Because he thought he was able to do this.
Why is anyone exempt from the local laws? If you are a guest in a country, you need to abide by the local guidelines.
