  2. Awww, when the officer Matt Pearce said, I'm down, i felt sad.😔We really need to thank and appreciate all this cops because they put their life in risk, in danger to save the public and community.😢Thank God that he survived.🙏🏼Much love❤from this side India.🇮🇳

  3. It angers me that criminals look at police as disposable people 😠.
However fortunately Officer Matt is made of stronger stuff and the better man won 👍 I pray Officer Matt's recovery was/is as smooth as possible, may he be surrounded by love and light as that is one hell of an Officer right there👮‍♂️💙🙏

  4. Dedicated cop. Nice job buddy! See how dangerous that job is? can you imagine even his colleagues could not trust it's him during that death or life experience?

  5. Omg I am so happy I can’t believe it man Matt you’re so brave and strong I’m so glad this story had a great ending for you 😊😊😊😊😊 happy justice prevailed on the shooter hallelujah and son behind bars I hope

  6. Oh my god I didn’t expect to cry, but hearing his explanation behind him saying blue made me break. This guy is my hero

  7. Glad to have men & women on the police force that protect & serve no matter what! Hope the best on his continued recovery! And crimanals be warned!

  8. Thanks for the code word now I know what to say😀 but that is one wrong brotha!!! Congrats 🍾🎈🎉🎊 on pulling through like a true warrior!!!

  9. With all due respect, the cop din't use his common sense when he ran after the suspects. Sure, it's great to be a hero, but at what cost. Bottom line, he got lucky, and survived. I would not pursue an armed, depeserate thug into an area beset with thick brush and umpteen hiding places from which the thug (s) can pick me apart. Better to wait for reinforcements, n'est ce pas ?

  10. I used to live next door to McIver Jr (aka Cowboy), along with his stepmother and younger siblings. I spent a lot of time with their family and became very close to them. Although McIver Sr did not live with them, I did interact with him on a few occasions and got a very unsettling vibe from him. He was always spun out on either meth or coke, and was very abusive towards his ex wife (though he knew better than to act up while myself or my own family was present, which we made sure to be when he came around). To give y'all an idea of how bad he was….. All three of his biological kids chose to live with their STEP MOM after they separated. I can assure everyone that while Cowboy is perfectly capable of making his own stupid decisions, I have no doubt that his father bullied him into the situation we witnessed on the bodycam footage. I am still in contact with the family to this day, and they are safe, happy, and thriving.
