I don’t think pepper spray was needed in this instance. The victim and the male friend were too close in proximity, when the spray was deployed and the innocent people in the room now have to suffer the lingering effects. Pepper spray was not needed in this situation and the male officer could have just grabbed her. Just my opinion.
