3. Actually sounded like the oral portion of the Civil Service test I took in 1988 in New Jersey when I got out of the Army. Some things never change. I found out that the test was "reworked" because too many potential police officers couldn't figure out / pass the old standardized one, so they dumbed it down several notches.
