  1. The video description and pinned comment once again lack any relevant information. 👎

It is quite frustrating when content creators neglect to provide essential details alongside their videos. Considering that they typically follow a script while presenting, which conveys the necessary information verbally, it raises the question of why they cannot simply incorporate that information into a written video description.

This practice would facilitate viewers in sharing their content across various social media platforms much easier. 🤦‍♂️

  2. What an insult to justice.

She should have at least been charged with regular manslaughter.

I guess this shows that the justice system in that state doesn't value victims.

The prosecutor was too lazy to go to trial and to charge her with second-degree murder.

  3. Well, I’m sorry to hear that little boy’s life was only worth a year. The unborn lives aren’t worth anything. So it’s not a big leap it seems, he was only four years out of the womb no big deal. Doesn’t even make me angry anymore makes me sad

  4. I would have sentenced her to Old Sparky. Disgraceful insult to the poor child.
Only had to work one horrible drowning of a 12 year-old girl … pretty pointless until it wasn't and SHE made a full (if not miraculous) recovery but THAT mother's wails will haunt me forever and those were geniune.

  5. Goes to show that the child shouldn’t always goto the mother. But it’s not like those people in charge of that decision really care.

  6. If she had killed an adult, she would've gotten a hell of a lot longer sentence! This country reserves it's most lenient sentences for crimes carried out on our most innocent citizens!!!

  7. One year! Absolutely ridiculous. A four year old boy lost his life, and this prosecutor gives her a plea deal for one year and she probably only did 6 mo if that. Disgusting

  8. ……. so ‘dad’ not awarded any custody: that says a lot…… ‘mom’ has a history of serious mental health : why tf did they procreate ????

  9. One year could that judge be any more ridiculous what the heck is wrong with these crazy judges that poor baby deserved better he should of been with his father not his mother

  10. There are thousands of people that get divorced, that is NO EXCUSE to ki** your child! EVERYONE has mental stress… One year for taking your child's life! SMH… Rest in peace Liam 🙏

  11. Crimes like these where the monsters should get an 18th century punishment straight to the gallows and she gets a place to stay for a year. 1 YEAR How'd that judge get a license

  12. Why is it only when kids are involved it becomes dire? You can make another kid, there's a woman out there with decades of life who pays taxes with decades of experience and they're freaking out over the useless to society kid? You can literally just make another and it's young af so it's not like you have more of a bond with it than you could with like a parrot or lizard if it was your pet at this point. Or the dozens and dozens who will be negatively affected if the mother was to pass, but the maybe 2-3 if the child passes? I ain't even sorry this is just good math and if you're disagreeing then you're just further affirming my point
