Seems to me "all their hard work" couldn't have been much easier because they only ever looked at one person. Im not saying the prosecution was wrong, but they sure didn't have to go through tons of possible suspects trying to find the one whodunnit.
Yeah it was because of witchcraft. Because we know that the Orlando pastor that killed his wife was because of Christianity. It was because he was cut out of his mother's will.
This is a very old story! Come on !!!
This is normal in USA. USA is sick satanic country
Jesse Weber cannot be trusted to tell the truth. When the Epstein Files showed multiple pieces of evidence connecting Epstein and Donald Trump, he never mentioned it, preferring to talk instead about democrats. Because his reporting has so clearly been shaped by political narrative, I no longer consider him a trustworthy source and you shouldn't either.
Diddy and Beyoncé
Omg, this happened in my town. Ugh
How this man became a detective I have no idea he must know people because he is not the brightest bulb
What if he really didn't do it? Cops, lawyers, etc lie a lot!😮
Florida reminds me of where i live, lots of strange people…
this old southern man saying “yep i’m a wiccan.†is WILD
He didn't do it
The cell mate could have lied in hope of reducing his own sentence. I think they should have considered neighbours and parcel delivery driver. $6k worth of QVC parcels in a short space of time wouldn’t have gone unnoticed! What poor investigation skills.
I will always be in disbelief that people kill over paper..it's a trip. Literal fkn paper.
With the police continued telling him he committed the crime, they built it in his head that he literally killed his family for the money… why the police questioned him without an attorney being presence? Something they knew he was not cognizant of . They literally built-up the murder scenes into his head and planted all the evidence. Talking about " Prime Crime " not once did anyone saw an attorney being presence during the questioning by the police, huh? Not Once! And they kept repeating the same things, it was a cocked eye interrogation. Even Stevie Wonder or Ray Charles could see what they were doing to him, man they railroad him like he was an amtrak train.
The ouija bored is no joke! Stay away from satans games and stop opening doorways you have no clue about.
I feel like he’s innocent
Holy crap!, Donald Hartung had me duped. I was rooting for him & hoping for a major twist in the case where he didn't do it & then in the last 2 minutes he showed his true self. Up until then he had me completely fooled
This looked like a very shaky case on the part of the prosecution. I think this man would have been acquitted if he had asked for an attorney right at the start. Instead he let the detectives intimidate him, and they set the narrative, which the jury obviously bought into. I say this as someone who's only seen a small part of the case, just like every other commentator on here.
He’s guilty
13 minutes and 35 seconds into this video this guy could be innocent I know everyone’s laughing but he has made some innocent statements we will see thanks
When you look deeper into this case, there’s some sketchy points involved with it. I think this case needs to be reopened
It’s weird how many criminals will use religion to excuse their behavior. If anything, practicing a religion that encourages sacrifice (I don’t know any that still do) only makes the person more guilty.
Am i the only person who thinks this case was weak?? They didn’t even come close to PROVING their case. Just because his DNA and cigarettes were in the house?? wow, that’s scary. What did they found when they searched his house?? That is the weakest case i have seen in a long time. I bet the family didn’t have people over because they were hoarders… that’s not uncommon. Doesn’t look like the mom had life insurance – and she certainly was not rolling in $$$. Seems like a pretty weak motive. I don’t think he should have been convicted on this evidence. I sure hope there was more than what was shown here. You can’t convict someone because they are creepy, narcissistic or eccentric… just saying
I watched the documentary. It was really interesting. Court in the Act : Season 2 , Episode 2
Decent video, but the narrator does not have a voice suitable for this type of thing.
That was the creepiest smirk he gave at the end when he said everyone had been duped. Until that moment this man seemed emotionless. That smirk revealed the monster within. It was chilling. Scary to think that this case could have gone either way. Just one juror away from letting this maniac get away with wiping out his whole family for money and revenge. Thank goodness he is locked up.
Wow…this dude was found guilty ON LITERALLY NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER. This is a classic case of an innocent man going to prison for murders he didn't commit based on nothing more than a Con Man Convict already locked up for crimes he never told the truth about either A person who had plenty of time alone with the suspect to Starr disliking him for any number of reasons.
I don't know man. It just seems weird to me that we lock people up based on hot air and nothing else. I feel like Law Enforcement should have to prove you're guilty BEFORE they arrest you.
I don't know why this man doesn't just appeal. The probable cause affidavit alone is 100% enough to overturn thos conviction. I bet you anything thus gut is the "the innocence project's" next big case
This "witchcraft sacrifice" angle has been overdone endlessly.
No one talks about "Christian human sacrifice" murders, and that's the foundation of their religion.
This guy is old enough that, had he been sentenced to death, he would still likely die before the sentence could eventually be carried out.
@ 13:50 No lady, not everyone knows that. Many ppl have passed with no will or insurance policy but everyone would know that. Ridiculous…
I mean, my first instinct when faced with a serious situation is to close off emotions. Dissociate. So that didn’t send red flags to me. It was his verbal responses that was suspect to me. NOT the way he didn’t show emotions.
The men were in their 60s, so that means the mom had to be at least 80 years old when they were killed… I'm surprised no one had a more updated picture of these 3 people
The background says a lot,l don't jnow why the mother didn't have him any share in her will if there was any, you're he was always there cooking for them every other Friday and he must have observed how the mother was unfair in any of those situation only they know it was premeditated for sure and the person who did it knows the inside out of the whole perimeter, diameter and the whole scenario to top it off all the vodoois the icing on the cake, greed and wicked 🎉ðŸ˜Å
I don’t believe he was guilty, terrible criminal justice
I wonder what they offered the witness to testify, and how long they spent coaching him 🤷â€Â♂ï¸Â
Sounds like they convicted someone based on what they wanted to believe and made it up
Gypsies did it! My Ouijie board said so
Well, when you believe in fairytales like God and Wicca, you might also believe you can get away with murder and not saying lawyer as soon as you end up in a room with a detective.
Anyone involved with that witchcraft stuff is only asking for trouble. It's not a game, it's not innocent fun, it's not a religion, it's not curiosity, its dangerous stuff!
I always thought they had to have SOME evidence to convict someone. He could have gotten death! What about the gun? A cellmate is ridiculous and makes me doubt the cops even more. All this blue moon stuff is ridiculous too. I think the cops never bothered to investigate and only cared about looking like they were doing their jobs. Maybe he did it but the justice system today is really scary. Imagine having your family murdered and being sent to prison for it because the police did not like you. I am not "woke". I believe in the death penalty in some cases. I am losing or have lost all my faith in the system.
suspect: It is only a parker brothers toy , Investigatos: NO WITCH…WITCH ! Killer lock him up
