  1. "I like to sleep so maybe I can dream about him" quote on quote by his mother. Wow that right there just killed me. Sorry mama you have to go through that. 😭😣

  2. Oh shit I grew up in the next town over from where billy went missing. I’m pretty sure his face is still on a billboard by the highway. It’s so sad when anyone goes missing especially when years pass and the families have no answers

  3. I think Billy's mom is spot on what needs to be done, & its ashame it hasnt been already; since they have everything they need to do it! I cant imagine what any of those 3 mothers went & are going through. I hope the 2 mothers pursuing civil cases win, & i hope Billy's mother finds her son to lay him to rest; & that billy's law gets put into place!

  4. What up with the great full dead fans following them aroun and dying not been identified for years this one the great full doe that was found in NC that die in a car crash that’s crazy

  5. How did it take 2 grieving parents to come up with a simple fix?!?! The government or whoever here couldn't see this issue and how important it is to do something about itt?!? Crazy to me!

  6. Its good to see some people turn their tragedy into motivation to have things chance how they work unlike most people who just sue

  7. You have All these pple getting paid, but their lazy asses aren't doing their jobs……these aren't robots, these are human beings that have family and loved ones that care about them and They deserve to have their loved ones remains, so that ALLL can Rest Peacefully. The SYSTEM just makes me cringe, cuz they aint right! SMH
