The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Irma Altagracia William. The 59-year-old female was last seen on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 10:00 p.m., on the 60XX block of North Marvine Street.
She is 5’4″ tall, of medium build, with black hair and brown eyes. She could be driving a white 2009 Chevrolet Silverado with a Pennsylvania license plate VBB-4330.
