I was in In Edgewater and decided to check out a disturbance call in a park. Officer mengard was handling the car parked away from a couple of people got his car made a consensual contact and just asked if everything was OK a woman said her kids were play fighting and another woman said something about it.
It was left at that he didn’t demand ID didn’t run any tags did a great job and I had a conversation with them afterwards. This is just part of it I may release the whole video but the redundancy is boring
