Louisville, Kentucky — Louisville Metro Police released video of two officers who helped save a seven-day-old baby girl at a gas station between the Russell and California neighborhoods. Louisville Metro Police officers Nick Green and Noah Cole were inside the store shortly before 8 p.m. EDT when the child’s father ran inside and said the newborn was not breathing. They followed him outside and discovered the seven-day-old baby girl was not breathing. Officer Cole called for an ambulance while Officer Green began a form of CPR for babies. Greene performed “back blows” on the unconscious baby until she began breathing and crying out as her breath returns and Greene returns Emma back to her thankful mom. Baby Emma was taken to a local hospital to be evaluated, LMPD said. Emma’s family later told police that their daughter is now “home, happy and healthy.”

  3. Cop did a damn fine job Savin that baby for real tho. Super on point n calm! i don't think I ever seen a baby so distressed, it's almost hard to talk about it but it might be best if it was the Right Time the Right Place but the wrong situation for the baby to be. Awesome outcome!

  4. At last some good news…… Well done officers and well done parents for asking for help and caring for Baby Emma..she is in good hands :o) Well wishes to you all.

  5. I'm shocked I had a choice of two videos, a guy getting full of holes or this dude saving a baby and I chose this one first, I'm actually quite proud of myself. Good job Officer

  6. This literally makes me cry because my soon was super tiny and was born with a metabolism disease and I was always worried he’s stopped breathing or get so sick he’d pass god bless that officer

  7. Как хорошо, что никого не убили, а наоборот спасли. Респект полицейскому и всего доброго ребёнку и его семье👍👍👍

  8. That officer was at the right place at the right time. Who knows what the outcome would of been had he not been there or nearby. Definitely a hero!
