The school resource officer accused of failing to confront the Parkland shooter who killed 17 people faces trial. Scot Peterson is charged with seven counts of child neglect and three counts of culpable negligence for the 10 victims killed by the shooter on the third floor of Marjory Stoneman Douglass High School on Valentine’s Day in February 2018. Let’s say Scot Peterson does enter the building is it possible he could have mistaken an innocent person as the shooter? I say, yes, therefore situation could have been worse.
Not guilty on all charges
I don't see the Police officer standing still also the other guy with him set off in the same direction he was also on his radio, what more could he have done, this court case was a waste of time & money. Leave the guy alone it's not going to bring anyone back or change anything. ðŸ™Â

The lawer makes a very interesting argument. If he enters than he can't hear what's happening direction wise. Lawyer is right radio's with lot's of dead spots. Outside the building could be anywhere outside. Calling the 1200 building is the best call.

Cmon now, you are trained to clear buildings and rooms when you are going through POST, either his sheriffs dept failed to train this guy properly or this guy cared more about his life than the citizens he swore to protect..

Watch the news you get lies, go to court you get the truth. So the teacher locked the door and didn’t bring her keys and when they tried to go back into the room they couldn’t so that lead to those students getting shot…and somehow Officer Peterson is responsible for that?? This was a political witch hunt.
