I have an idea for a situation like this, under bridges that need to lift to let boats through, add guards under neath the water that when they bridge is down the guards pop up, they would be spaced enough that stuff like kayaks and canoes would fit but a big boat (like a yacht) is forced to wait for the bridge to go up before it can pass
If this happened in WI, they would get a fine and be let go lol
How does a yacht like that even get stolen in the first place, do they usually have keys or fobs just like cars?
