Has anyone but me noticed the GLARING problem in what Ramon claims ?? : She was not wearing helmet and goggles ( There is a photo of her wearing them that day and you can be SURE she did not take them off while skiing with her kids ) BUT she WOULD have taken them off after the collision ! If when Ramon saw her she wasnt wearing them that means Ramon Did NOT see it when it happened as he claims he did . In this case 1 + 1 = Liar
How if he was unconscious did he hear the instructor yelling & bullying him? On what planet would a ski instructor with an insured unconscious man on the ground be yelling at him?
Did he ski down without assistance? Have I missed something? Shouldn't the ski patrol be questioned ???
