9. I've watched 3 of his trials and/or sentencing. He is a wonderful judge- respectful and empathetic towards the victims

10. He has got a point the “refreshing of recollection”, can get in the weeds because they can say yes and then it opens the door for the lawyer to bring up past testimony and almost always impeach them.

31. This judge is another phenomenal judge, we've seen about 6 big cases with some phenomenal judges. Let's hope the judge in the Vallow Daybell case changes his mind over no cameras in court.

33. This judge knows his stuff – and knows how to handle a courtroom. I've seen him many times and have always been impressed by his 'no nonsense' approach, whilst still not making the focal point about him. A well educated and professional judge. 👍👍
