  1. Under the right circumstances a LOT of normaly peacefull people, can become monsters, -and I don’t mean anything remotely justifiable either! People are often quick to judge. But truthfully, most haven't truly been tested…

  2. The 3 motives given for those who kill their parents aren't necessarily separate. They can also overlap and be deeply interrelated or mixed as well. I'm pretty sure Jennifer fell under two of them, -some degree of soceopathy/ psychopathy but also desperation grief under the weight of her parent's extreme control and abuse!

  3. While her actions were terrible, i do hope people realise just how insanely controlling and horrid her parents were. They went far beyond the usual Asian 'tiger' parents, they pretty much kept her in a prison and expected from her what she wasn't capable of in grades rather then let her live her own life. Can you imagine waiting hours in a hospital to make an impression you were volenteering to please them? It's horrific

Ofc she shouldn't have done what she did but i can't imagine what living with those kind of parents would do to someone. Her parents were horrid and have some blame for pushing her like this.

  4. Stupid b•tch, she had it all and threw it away bcoz she didn't become valedictorian and bcoz she wanted to date a drug slinging lowlife!

  5. It was never supposed to be jennifer killed, how would hit men get paid , because they were not obviously not paid in advance

  6. But I'm wondering if her brother was going through the same experience as hers, because they didn't mention anything about him in the video except that he was studying in that university, they didn't bring him to investigation or just say whatever was going inside their house, I kinda feel both mad and compassionate towards Jennifer, she should have just ran away instead of ruining her life😢, I really don't give a damn sh*t about her father

  7. In an alternate universe, we know Jennifer Pan as the Olympic Figure Skater and a renowned Pharmacist. 😢
    Alas this reality.
I understand strict parenting part (especially with her lying to get what she wants), but what Jennifer could have done is move out of her parents’ house and moved in with her boyfriend once her lies were revealed. Not cook up a horrific cold murder case. Now her mom is dead, her dad a grieving widower who is forever traumatized by this situation, and her and her boyfriend in prison (for a very long time). Her family is forever broken. 😢
I feel bad for Felix who just lost his mom and sister in one night. 😔
If she had moved out of her parents’ house and moved in with her boyfriend, she would have had a life of her own and possibly her own family with him.
True she’ll have estranged parents but better than a broken family full of trauma. 😭
Yeah the choice she should have picked “get out of my house”.

  8. All these people defending tiger parenting and calling anyone who stands up to them "spoilt" legit have no idea what spoilt even means, they obviously wanna end up like this.

  9. This is a very Asian case so many of y’all just don’t understand it’s true nature. She’s guilty and should be held accountable but this wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for the culture

  10. Of course, blame the black guy.. My condolences to the family of her mom and thankfully her Dad survived. In addition to being a criminal mastermind, she is a racist too. typical!!!

  11. What she did was horrible and unreasonable, but I wonder what she went through to push her that far. Her parents must’ve been awful to her.

  12. Well it's about time that Canada starts being a little more Stricker when it comes to jail sentences I think it's only a prime example that we can make out of her as far as I'm concerned she's nothing but a murderer and she will never be accepted into society and I wouldn't blame her father for having nothing to do with her I wouldn't want nothing to do with her either if I was in his position and the lying in the bullshit like who does that that was the only thing that I can say that the Canadian system did correctly was having her put in jail for the rest of her life

  13. Marines don’t play around! Thanks for your service! Maybe he can write a letter to random inmate to tell them to tell every inmate what he did!
