  1. Yeah any defense attorney worth half their salt will tell you that 95% of defendants should NEVER be allowed onto the witness stand for any reason whatsoever. They'd never allow their clients to put themselves at risk so blatantly. Too bad this Traitor didn't have a competent attorney to tell him that.

  2. Yeah he is definitely stupid. But it is also stupid our laws and procedures associated with them; are so complicated. That a person needs to go to law school for 6+ years, then get paid large sums of money. Poor people can't afford these lawyers. You should have really hit on that point Cha. Us blacks need lawyers at affordable prices, and they need to be just as good as the expensive ones.

  3. But this is the world and the US today. People don't ever want to be challenged. If their teacher tells them something, they believe they have the right to disagree and go on the internet and find group's that allow them to believe they are right. It's people becoming more distanced from reality. This guy probably surrounds himself with like-minded (no minds) people and he truly believed he was smarter than everyone else in the room. And here's the punchline… he will still believe he is smarter, and everyone else is wrong, and that he is being unfairly setup.
