  1. Those are Sternum Rubs, not checking on him. He has been told the guy is having a seizure and immediately goes into the drug/drunk attempt to jack him up.

  2. The Fire personnel were to blame the most in my opinion they are the medically trained ones, and they are in charge of that scene and have every right to tell the police to get the hell out of there, they were not trained very well at all, there is so much they did wrong I could write a book but the cops were very poorly trained also!

  3. The only thing the cops should of done is support the EMTs and direct traffic. No need for the polyester pile on. Shame…..shame…

  4. Ata why didnt you give officers A+…they tased him to make him feel better its proven method for people with seizures…A+ and promotion

  5. Hope they’re proud of there actions. Man. Where r the heroes in these professions. They have so many chances and take option to brutalize people regularly.

  6. "Stop Resisting BRO"… The WELL indoctrinated refex CYA statement to justify beatings and torture, up to and including MURDER…WITH IMMUNITY…

  7. I've never had a seizure, but now I'm so glad to know that I might get shot for having one and not immediately coming to my senses. Stellar police work; I hope they get promoted.

Because this is text, I am required to say the above statement is sarcastic.

  8. @AuditTheAudit Also need to mention that shining a bright light and flashing it back and forth, directly in the eyes of someone who very likely just had a seizure, puts them at strong risk of triggering another seizure. This is why films that have any bright or flashing light sequences will have warnings, medics will avoid exposing their emerg lights to patients that have a seizure history, and medical personnel in general will (or should) avoid flashing their pen lights into the eyes of patients with such a history, when they nornally would as part of any assessment. This was extremely irresponsible on the part of the officer. I can only hope that whatever doctor this guy's lawyer uses as a consult in the lawsuit, raises this issue. I also hope that this is addressed with all the officers in that department as part of their training, and finally, I wish this had been mentioned in this video as it was great opportunity to highlight this issue, that was sadly missed…

  9. They had decided he was guilty of doing drugs before even starting to assess the situation. The flashlight could have caused another seizure

  10. First off dude did't have seat belt on so obviously he went head first into the tree on impact , that officer should be in jail and a massive lawsuit .. That hits home with me about 4 months ago I was the first one on a accident scene a young woman ran off the road and hit a tree she went face first into the tree and unfortunatly she passed away and she was breathing when I found her but by the time fire department arrived and cut her out of the car she had passed I stayed and talked to her to let her know she wasn't alone and rubbed her shoulder . Still haunts me everyday!

  11. Two of my kids have epilepsy. I can't not believe he is having a medical emergency and they ask if he took drugs. This is horrible!
