Video shows a Florida man throwing a wild tantrum in the back of a police cruiser after he was arrested on trespassing charges July 23. The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said Devin Manrique allegedly threatened to hunt down deputies after he was taken into custody. The 33-year-old’s behavior goes from erratic to calm numerous times during his transport to jail. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks it down.
