An Illinois man accused of going on a violent killing spree and leaving two people dead, along with injuring a K-9 officer, rejected the state’s plea deal ahead of his trial in Wisconsin. Allan Brown faces charges in both his home state and Wisconsin, as prosecutors allege the spree crossed state lines. Brown allegedly shot at Kenosha police officers, hitting a K-9 officer in the process, which prompted charges in Wisconsin. Brown faces other charges in Illinois in connection to the deaths of two strangers.

  1. He was running from police for murder, but they don't want to talk about it in this trial because he only wounded a cop in this case???
Even though he murdered 2 people in another state, and was wanted for murder.

  2. The law is a joke. What they are saying here is akin to saying " We would like to proceed with the charge of entering the bank with a firearm and demanding money, but we think that showing video footage of the defendent shooting the Bank teller in the head killing him would be prejudicial to the case and to my client, we would rather the jury did not see the video in this case " 😒 Well done to the judge not bowing to such nonsense in this case..

  3. I am a retired cop from a Chicago suburb where Brown lived. We dealt with him all the time starting in his childhood. No shocker that he had two dirt ball parents who felt their son could do no wrong.

  4. Judge looks familiar. Which Wisconsin trial was recently covered that he presided over? Possibly Mark Jensen retrial? I don't recall

  5. This is an awesome judge is following it all to a T and being the way judges SHOULD ALWAYS BE. Thank u for your amazing service on the bench.

  6. Got a drunk for a lawyer!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

  7. I must be missing a trick here, that guy hijacks and steals another guys car, in the process he shoots the cars owner. But the judge says he doesn't want the fact that he killed the owner told to the jury ? So what do they want the jury to pass sentence on only that he hijacked and stole the guys car, and then say to the jury " oh, by the way he killed the owner doing it " 😮. Does that not matter that someone was killed during the crime ??
