16 year old Konoa Wilson ran for his life after being suddenly shot at by another teenager at the Sante Fe Train Depot in San Diego, California. Police officers were nearby – on the other side of the building – when the shots rang out. I don’t believe the kid had the gun on him,the cops probably planted it on him to cover their own heads! It’s responsible to think if he had it on him when he originally got shot at he would’ve at least pulled it to defend himself.

Was the gun planted ? I've heard cops carry unregistered weapons to use in circumstances just like this.
Running away from being robbed, only to be murdered by a cop. SMH. If a citizen did that immediately going to prison.

This is a clear case of negligence. Not by the terrified officer, that you can tell by his radio communication that he was about to have an aneurysm or at least hyper ventilate, but by the lack of training of what law enforcement represents. Thugs with a badge and a gun do not protect and serve, they bully and oppress. We need to eliminate qualified immunity to hold civil servants accountable.

If i was a juror I would definitely not find in favor of the officer. The officer never said he was from the start. Shot the person that had no weapon presented. Was of no threat to officer at any given time. It is 100 percent excessive force and negligence on the officers behalf. 100 percent guilty. Slam dunk case in my opinion on the lawyer that receives this case.
