13. Last week when I understood the ski instructor, (Deer Valley), would be testifying, right then I knew the case would hinge on his testimony, he was one of the most credible witnesses, (demonstrating, integrity and good character), and HE was there!

15. How can you run into someone from behind from downhill up! It has to be the man who ran into Paltrow was coming down downhill!!

The first lawyer was very disrespectful of the process – cutting of the witness ski instructor) to add “ridiculous and offensive,” his demeanor – making facial expressions of incredulity, laughing (OK, smirking) at comments made by the plaintiff when he asked questions of the witness. I guess Hollywood lawyers are actor wanna-bees actors just like stereotypical waitresses. The witness, however, maintained an air of professionalism and knowledgeability.

18. This ski instructor described what happened, explaining that Sanderson was the uphill skier and was skiing fast and ran into the back of Paltrow. The collision caused Paltrow to pitch forward with Sanderson falling forward on top of Paltrow. It's quite conceivable that Paltrow did not fall as hard forward because she was going fast at the time but Sanderson only started to decelerate his fast forward motion when he ran into the back of Paltrow and therefore had a much harder fall forward and to his right side causing the broken ribs, arm and serious head injury. Sanderson was totally at fault. Paltrow had no reponsibility for the fall or for causing injury to Sanderson. The Jury made the right decision.

28. This trial is a farce. He's just trying to get money from a celebrity. Sanderson's testimony was laughable. He was crying fake tears about his ex-girlfriend and blaming Paltrow for issues any 76 year old could be having.
