8. Of course, there were CCTVs throughout the ski run. In this day practically all places have CCTVs in place recording our every move. I find it incredulous that the recordings don't exist. I'm sure the ski club bent over backward to protect their rich celebrity (GP) over Sanderson, the non-celebrity. I work in law. I cannot tell you the number of times when people slip and fall at supermarkets and are injured due to the market's negligence in keeping their stores clean of debris and slippery floors and that they clearly have CCTVs throughout their premises. Each time we request a copy of the recordings the supermarkets say the cameras weren't working at that time, but I can assure you if someone is caught shoplifting the recordings are produced.
