Even most of my long term symptoms were well before 3 years. I get the pandemic would slow the court process a couple years. Too wait 3 yrs to even file makes it look like a frivolous suit. 29. The plaintiff is an opportunist. They were on a bunny slope. He reported this horrific decline after the accident. Yet he was traveling all over, zip lining and whatnot weeks later. Emailed a family member the next day stating “I’m famous.” This retired 76 year old is now blaming any and all cognitive decline that occurred over the past 7 years on this accident.

    Regardless of who crashed into whom- his claims are ridiculous.
