3. The fact this actually went to a jury trial is a joke. Such a massive waste of time and money. All the clerks, bailiffs, judges, cleaning staff, etc all get paid. I really wish this fool got hit with ALL those costs for wasting everyone’s time digging for gold.

6. Frivolous money grab lawsuit by Terry Sanderson. Accident happened on beginners slope. Had a week case hoping to cash out on a out of court settlement but it ended up in court. Welcome to "America" where we have the highest number of lawyers per capita in the world.

12. Not a fan of Gwyneth in terms of her health related advise and company but Im must say here she was a class act. She was actually very graceful in asking for 1 dollar since the trouble this gave her emotionally and financially (minus lawyers fees she still had to take time to go there she lost money etc) should be financially compensated. People can accused he of being a snob etc but she was extremely ethical here. She even wished well and didn’t ask for a dime to herself.
    Good example.
    PS US needs to change their justice system a bit to avoid these circus lawsuits. They pray on celebrities and other people/ companies to have money.
