The judge presiding over the Gwyneth Paltrow ski crash trial instructed the jury about how they must come to a verdict in this civil case. Plaintiff Terry Sanderson claims the actress crashed into him, causing him long-term debilitating injuries, while Paltrow insists the skier was at fault.

  1. Summit County Utah Skier's Responsibility Code: "People ahead or downhill of you have the right of way. It is your responsibility to avoid them." It doesn't even matter who hit who, Sanderson was uphill going down, he's at fault. End of story.

  2. Unlike most other cases where I admit there can be confusion etc this was a very clear cut case you could be blind and still see that sanderson was clearly looking for a big payout since he had a minor accident with a big celebrity and for.the few that say otherwise its only because you either don't like gwyneth paltrow or you also are a gold digger lol

  3. I felt this guy not honest since the beginning. Thanks to FB. He got screwed by posting so much happy moments inhis extravagant vacation. He was living a healthy life after the collission. He thinks he can get away with it. Congrats to the team of Gwynneth. Better luck next time to the optometrist. Sorry for your deteriorating health.

  4. I don’t understand. Their skis were interlocked. He fell forward and where did she go ? I think she’s in the right but can someone explain this

  5. I do think she crashed into him. And I think when he said that 'stop them from doing it again' was the most truthful thing spoken in there. He's aggrieved that she didn't acknowledge what she'd done and may well do the same thing again. She's a bit of an odd bod that one, her whole reasoning behind her divorcing the Coldplay singer, was the weirdest thing I'd ever heard. Could she barrel into another skier, get up, and ski off, not giving a toss?
    I think she did, tbh.

  6. You didn't think to move the easel BEFORE? You have corrections to make on the final instructions sheet?! The legal system reflects the over dominance of men in it (lazy, bullheaded, so much talk to describe so little action, mono-focalled, arrogant confidence)

  7. "Counsel, could you please move that easel…" Uh, doesn't the Judge have a Bailiff for that? Making Plaintiff's Counsel his lackey during Jury instructions… is that grounds for an appeal? 🤣

  8. 76 year old male blind in his right eye, pre-existing brain disorder, osteoporosis…. This man is a walking accident waiting to happen. The ski resort should have people sign a waiver against lawsuits. If he wins this would open a whole can of worms for wealthy skiers in the future.

  9. I wouldn't want my kids skiing on a hill with a legally blind, brain damaged man who had been drinking.
One drink can impact your decision making ability for up to 6 weeks…
