Rhode Island state senator Joshua Miller was arrested after he admitted to keying a man’s car that had a “Biden sucks†bumper sticker. Body camera video shows him originally denying the crime at the crime scene, but after police told him the entire thing was caught on camera, he fessed up to it. “I think he’s one of the gun nuts,†Miller told Cranston police. “He was daring me to, basically.†The senator was charged with a vandalism charge. The victim’s son said he heard a scratching sound when Miller walked by the family’s car.

SENTENCE: As part of the deal, Miller was ordered to pay restitution $2,850 to the owner of the SUV and to donate $250 to the Rhode Island Food Community Bank and pay $186.75 in court fees.
The charges will remain on Miller’s record for a year and will be expunged afterward if he stays out of trouble with the law.
His story doesn’t even make sense. According to him the guy recognized him after keying his car which is hilarious
