WATCH: A Georgia driver told Duluth police officers that he had been driving over 90 mph so that his check engine light wouldn’t come on since he was “trying to pass emissions.” Despite his explanation, he was still arrested and charged with reckless driving.

  1. ALCOHOLICS KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE🤨⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️

  2. Loved how the officer assumed the dad owned the dealership with his son. But to the officer's chagrin, the son is solo owner.😂

  3. Amazing family support. His mom and dad looked like they’re coming from an important social function, business dinner or something. This young man will learn his lesson from this humiliating experience. He and and his family seem like decent hard working people.

  4. دنا حاروح للسجن😂

  5. Nothing justifies someone going 45 miles over the speed limit unless it's a life or death emergency! The fact that he thinks he can drive erratically and put other people's lives in danger over "car testing" says alot about himself…disgusting 😡. The one guy even said he did it cuz it's a fast cat. This is one example as to why I think cars should not be allowed to be made to go over a certain limit (for ex: the highest speed I've ever seen an speed limit signs is 65 mph, so why make cats that can go over that unless it's for legal racing, police, etc). This is just an opinion. If you disagree that's OK, just please be respectful with your comments. Thank you❤

  6. The only way that a check engine light goes away from driving hard is if it’s a diesel with a clogged dpf, only way I can see his story working

  7. This person given special treatment. He and all of his family are corrupt and not paying any tax in this country. Treated special by these cops too.

  8. As someone who's had a check engine light for reasons related to emissions, it's true that the 'Italian tune-up' can often fix it… For me, a bottle of cataclean and some aggressive driving fixed the problem. All that said, 75mph on the interstate was enough for me, and I'd have never done 90 in a 45 zone… I can't imagine a scenario where you can't get to a road with a faster speed limit before you accelerate that fast.

  9. I was pulled over for going 127 in a school zone. I told the officer that I was merely trying to ensure that the car wouldn’t start flying at that speed – which it didn’t, so I guess I was pretty smart to run that test. Oh, I was arrested, my license was suspended, my car was impounded, I had to serve 6 weekends in jail, and I lost my job, my insurance was cancelled, and I paid over $3,000 in legal fees and fines, but I proved without a doubt that a Honda Accord will not fly at 127 mph, so it was all worth it.

  10. I was driving my car backwards late at night officer because i was trying to roll back the odometer. You see i own a dealership and im trying to increase the resale value of this car. I saw it on Ferris Beuller's Day Off

  11. He kept saying he was test driving the car for 2 reasons, 1 to try and get out of the speeding ticket, and 2 because the paper tag is only good for test driving not an actual registration. I'm surprised they let the father drive it away a it was essentially an unregistered car at that point.
