  1. I unbelievable, they kill a man in cold blood and they barely due time? Makes me wonder if Judge took a bribe from the slugs. We all know they will re-offend. Prayers to family, so sad ❤

  2. 😢😢😢😢 those men be in jail for life 😡😡😡😡

  3. Who would have ever guessed that a lack of consequences for actions would lead to more and more crimes? 🤦🏻‍♀️

  4. I hope his murderers get more time than these people. Cause 4 and 5 years aren’t enough. I can’t wait for the others to do in trial and pray that justice is served with those two. This is just heart breaking.😢

  5. When you vote for leniency and forgiveness for criminals, this is what you get. I know this isn't the time for this. But it is the truth, and until you accept that truth change will never come.

One shouldn't have to wait until it's one of their own that gets hurt or losses their life to demand change. Always put yourselves or your family in the shoes of those victims, it is then that maybe you'll wake up and realize that there is no way in hell that you'd wish that upon anyone let alone your own loved ones. Stand up and fight against policies and punishments that are a joke like this one.

You live and support a state where you voted to shelter these criminals, what did you think would happen…that's what a sanctuary state literally is, protect the criminals, and convict the innocent, yes criminals that by law are protected.

What, these states are trying to prove with that 🤷‍♀️ we dont know nor understand. It just makes no sense.

  6. Yeah, I bet they’d be doing actual life and their pictures in every front page, if they weren’t part of the “protected” demographic ?

  7. Wtf ,!? One got only five years one hpt only 4 years?!?? She misses her son her family , especially difficult loneley for family passed too soon. What justice is cold blooded murder over a stupid car converter!? Greed .

  8. Johny wactor not whacko though brave to confront the thiefs though naive !! Ignorent innocent to the rangers risks of confronting thieves who do that.

  9. 4 years and 5 years are you freaking kidding me right now that is total bullshit they killed Johnny Wactor and that’s what they are getting this shows how jacked up the legal system is I feel so bad for Johnny Wactors family they deserve justice and this is not justice

  10. In California the prison gives one day off for every day served if you do not cause problems in court. They will be out of prison in two and 2.5 years.

Gascon did not allow gang charges or gun charges to be added. This is the George Soros effect and President Biden awarded Soros the Medal of Freedom. This is the George Floyd effect.

  11. This video is completely misleading. Of the four people involved, one of these guys was the driver and one of them bought the stolen catalytic converters. Neither was the shooter or the murderer of this poor guy. The justice system did the best it could and the two who committed the murder still have yet to be sentenced to their life in prison . So no, nobody got four or five years for murder as everyone in the comments is freaking out about

  12. Sentences like these make me think about street justice….
Another case where no justice is done and it`s all about the killers/criminals, judicial system is clearly pro offender.

  13. Where has justice gone? It's been missing for years! Please Mr. President, do something about the lack of justice and these terrible judges who are soft on crime.

  14. People in the comments are not understanding that these two didn't shoot him. One bought the stolen goods and one was driving the car. The shooters have not yet been to court so I'm sure they will receive hopefully life sentences for murder.
