Doesn’t matter what situation it is, pay attention. It doesn’t matter if you’re going 5mph down a neighborhood road. PAY ATTENTION.
If you've ever driven on I-95 south of the Golden Glades interchange, chances are you've seen this happen.
Put up cement barriers and you won't have an issues
I think they need to improve those barriers so people can’t jump in and out of those lanes. You should only be able to get on or off the express lanes at designated entry or exit points.
