Should have refused to give ID and gotten arrested for that. Cop had no PC and any charges that came after the unlawful demand for ID would have to be dropped.

The police throw as many charges as they can and all that happens is they drop half of them get a little bit of time and then they just get out again and do it all over again That's why they don't care…. I guarantee if they were to give the criminals more significant punishment they really wouldn't want to do this again it's no big deal they'll…. a friend of mine served a few prison sentences he loved it he said it was like a party when he came back… that's why they don't care if they go to prison or not it's only for a short time and they're going to get out

Cops are so friggin' stupid; they could have easily put spike strips under the wheels, but no. They actually love it when they get to chase someone, so they allow the suspect to drive away. It's planned.
How many chases would be prevented if it was standard protocol to place a spiking device in front of the tires at every traffic stop?
