38. I don't think that chemical castration is controversial. I also think that it should be mandatory, especially for repeat offenders. As a matter of fact. I personally think that physical castration should be the sentence for child rapist's. This type of penalty would probably be a deterrent for any sicko to know that he will get this treatment for sexual crimes.
    I know that one of you said that this doesn't always stop the urges. But any male dog I have ever had I got them nurtured, they showed no interest in female dogs after that procedure.
    If half of the rapist's lost the urges, isn't that better than double the amount of disgusting sick monsters?
