Officer Floyd stops a suspect with a suspended drivers licence. When approaching the car, the driver is asked to step out and is detained and searched by officer Floyd, followed by a search of the vehicle where the officer finds more illegal substances. After questioning all the suspects in the car, the driver is charged for possession of a controlled substance and driving while being suspended.
